Very good learning curve. You can grow as independent developer. Most of the days start with new challenges. End to end accountability on the project will make you grow as individual.
Cons
You will be on same developer role forever. You should complete work on own that doesn't matter how complex it is. Relatively small organization

Good People around you. Easy to crack when you are fresher. Have good projects

Higher Management was not good. They expect more from first day of a fresher. They could have given some time to learn. Even took money back while leaving. Less salaries
