      The role centers on giving customers helpful responses and resolving their issues efficiently. Training was thorough on the systems and processes, which got me up to speed early. The environment is organized with good communication at the team level. A steady full-time customer service role with real day-to-day variety.

      I’ve been working here for a while now, and it’s been an excellent opportunity to build confidence and new skills. Knowing that our projects support healthcare programs makes even routine tasks feel more meaningful. The team is competent and very easy to work with. What’s more, the management understands the importance of having clear standards and project goals.

      Nearly every project requires extra research and revisions.
