Great, inclusive culture Genuinely care about their customers High confidence product set that spans several adjacent areas to help customers reduce deploy risk and compliance based resources effectively.

Cons

Ensuring the business meets ESG aspirations and targets, means that international travel is carefully managed. That combined with a globally distributed workforce means you don't get to see colleagues as often as you'd like. Normal for a fast growing but sustainability conscious business I guess.
