Engineered Sintered Components is a leader in the powdered metal industry because they employ knowledgable employees and promote within to retain the experience and move said employees to key positions. Any employee that is self-driven for success can excel with this company.

      Engineered Sintered Components is a customer driven industry. Many times customers call for last minute orders and increase forcasts. This can at times cause production to boost and require overtime and weekend work. Engineered Sintered Components is a 24/7 operation and sometimes the employees are required to overtime to fulfill orders or production requirements.
