Pros
No local office so a large amount of autonomy given. Little to no micro-managing, begin and end the day whenever you finish as you set your workload.
Cons
Company is relatively new to the claims handling world and learn most lessons through error. Benefits are some of the worst I've ever seen, and this is one of the few companies I've worked under that don't start you off with vacation. You can't earn any time until you're there for six months. On your first year you can only accumulate 20 hours of paid time off meaning you have to work a year and a half before you get a whole week
