It’s small, so you get to know your shift co-workers well and providers well. If you’re looking to learn a lot this is the place.
Cons
Zero direction, management does not follow rules, they do not answer phones regardless of emergency, they do not train new employees they tell them basics and then leave them with other MA’s to train them.
