To paraphrase what queen oleanna said to queen Circe " I wonder if you're the worst place I've ever worked at? Hard to tell as I've worked at so many second rate educational providers.' Possibly the worst headteacher I've ever met - doesn't listen to staff and tends to shoot from the hip. His substandard leadership team is beyond ridiculous in terms of riddle and the blonde excuse who apparently was going to be a new headteacher at another trs school- god help them! game of thrones had nothing on the amount of egos and politics this place exuded. They keep on looking for that mystical outstanding formula, which will always elude them as you actually need decent and approachable managers to foster an air of competence in a school. Luckily I saw what was coming and got out. I wish I had listened to other work agencies who said this place needed a health warning attached.
