Pros
TUV is overall a good company trying to do the right thing for themselves and its customers. I have been with the company for about 12 years in different roles and locations and love the experience and growth through that.
Cons
Working for the company in the US has been harder as in other regions as here the company is not known much and there is a lot of pressure on employees to attract business. At the same time upper management has been struggling to understand the resources needed to penetrate the NA TIC market and from what I know is still struggling. I also noticed a change in culture after the company was working with external consultants in 2019, which shifted the focus somewhat from 'doing the right technical thing' to a more profit centered approach. Pay is decent but benefits changed for the worse when I left in 2021 and not sure if they improved them since.
