They will promise you there is room for growth and other positions but it’s dead end and will totally dismiss you or not help you get into other areas of the company . Which will make you stuck, picking up everyone else’s slack . Management is a joke and their policies will change everyday. Their training is not the best and often leaves you having to review or ask for more training. Management has no solutions to most problems or they don’t even message you back . So if you have a question or need help. Good luck. It is Total chaos , they don’t care about you or their customers . The whole company is suppose to be providing good internet or troubleshooting solutions, but basically they steal from customers by having them under contract through the communities they live in and are obligated to use their awful system. Customers complaints or down internet requests take days to fix or they blame it on their products at home . Like phones and computers for not connecting and tell them to contact the manufacturer.. Be careful .This job is bad for your mental health especially if you want to actually do your job well and help as your job duties state to do. Also they changed their name cause of how bad they were before thinking that would change workers and customers mind if it was under new management…. It’s the same company ..same management and missing higher ups . No positive reinforcement on a job well done as they simply just do not care . They used to be call consolidated smart systems . Go ahead and check their reviews . This company should be shut down .

Pros

Nice management Helpful teammates Sales and billing training was thorough

Cons

You think you only sign up for technical support, but then they add on billing and sales too that you have to learn. You are taking billing, sales, and support calls while the older employees only take support calls and probably get paid more too. Unfair employment really. Also they have too many changes each month.
