Cons
The executive culture is profoundly toxic. Over my five-plus years at the company, I witnessed and personally experienced disturbing patterns of behavior from leadership, including racism, sexism, and blatant gaslighting. Discriminatory comments were normalized, and those raising concerns were often dismissed or bullied into silence.
Leadership often rewards loyalty over competence, and serious ethical concerns were swept under the rug. There is a deep lack of accountability at the highest levels. This is not a psychologically safe workplace, particularly for people of color, LGBT folks and women.
