My experience contracting with Pleio provided valuable exposure to patient support and high-volume outbound calling. You make your own schedule.

Cons

The QA process in the evaluation period is very detail-oriented (AKA: NITPICKING!!) to the point where even tiny wording differences or small deviations from the script can result in point deductions, and call fails. This can make the role feel high-pressure, especially during the evaluation period.
