Pros

The company provides an environment where I can be myself and contribute in a meaningful way. The team works together and supports one another during busy periods, challenges, and day-to-day operations. One of the most rewarding aspects of the job is seeing associates develop their skills and advance within the company. There are opportunities to make an impact, build relationships, and help others grow professionally.

Cons

Workload and staffing needs can fluctuate significantly during peak periods, which can create challenges for teams managing high volumes.

Very little at all if any..

Where do I began? First as a former yard this place will run you into the ground. Nothing out of the ordinary right. Examples: 2026 winter storm we the full ti.e employees where offered $ 50.00 per hr too come to work. After a few hrs of working they sent us home, the very next day the same offer was again announced $50.00 per hr again and again for 3 days . At the end of the next week everyone was excited to.recieve their checks. We'll it was never shown up or did we ever get paid for it . But wait we did get 50.00 extra for the entire time we worked. Then they denied ever saying it was $50.00 per hr had the nerve too.say it.was a misprint, in the email that was sent out. If this is what you want in a company then plz apply for a clown run company. I have text messages that states the pay that was offered through Senior HR department as well General manager and the opps manager and they still refused to pay, as well as denied the conversation was ever had about paying the employees who was rightfully owed.
