Great - Customer Service Representative Movate Employee Review

Pay is insufficient. Lack of opportunities to grow/receive a raise.

NONE. Flex Time used to be the only benefit. Now it comes with so many restrictions that it is no longer truly flexible.

Management is extremely poor and controlling. Policies are enforced in a rigid, authoritarian way, with little regard for employees as people unless you are their favorites. There is no consideration for work-life balance, personal responsibilities, or the reality that employees have lives and bills to manage outside of work.
