Pros

Worked on 4 real projects end-to-end (cleaning → analysis → dashboards). Used Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Streamlit (great tech exposure). Helped me build a portfolio I can show in interviews. Improved my data cleaning, SQL queries, and visualization skills. Clear learning path and good for beginners. Motivated me to present insights and think like a business analyst.

Cons

Feedback could be more detailed and faster (especially on submissions). Would help to have more live sessions / Q&A during the program. Sometimes project instructions can be more clear (expected output, rubric). More examples/templates would help for Power BI and Streamlit projects. A bit more guidance on best practices (naming, formatting, documentation).

Pros

My internship experience at Labmentix was very valuable and helped me improve both my technical and professional skills. The mentors were supportive and provided clear guidance throughout the internship. The projects were practical and gave me hands-on experience, which helped me understand real-world applications of the concepts I learned. The work environment was positive, and I had the opportunity to learn new tools and technologies. Overall, I would recommend Labmentix to students who want to gain industry exposure and enhance their skills.

Cons

My experience with the Labmentix internship was mixed. While the internship provided learning materials and assignments, I felt that there was limited interaction with mentors and insufficient personalized guidance. Some tasks seemed repetitive, and the practical exposure was not as extensive as I expected. Communication regarding deadlines and expectations could have been clearer. The internship may be useful for beginners, but there is room for improvement in mentorship, project quality, and overall engagement.
