1. The CTO, Joe Wilson is a great teacher 2. Wide variety of work from web based games to developing data bases 3. Internal staff tend to focus on finishing and polishing rather than grinding out CSS 4. Everyone is a little strange.

This is a project based business, and while the flow of work is pretty stable, there are from time to time stressed out people determined not to disappoint a client, even though the deadline is difficult (or even impossible!) These people have to be tolerated.

1) Jay Neighbors and Ashley Anderson are the best mentors 2) The office is pretty laid-back 3) Interns sometimes sit in on client-meetings 4) learning about all aspects of the company is encouraged 5) there is always a lot of communication between everyone throughout the project 6) Everyone was very supportive and accepting of my LGBTQ identity, preferred name and preferred pronouns

1) not always enough work, making pay unreliable since it is billable time only
