It’s a pretty diverse company

Team of “intrepreneurs” which basically means everyone is looking out for themselves with no true sense of “team” collaboration. Everyone’s a leader which can be chaotic. Daily miscommunication resulting in a lot of finger pointing (and actual arguing!) when things go wrong. Goals and priorities change constantly, sometimes within the same week, stemming from the miscommunication. I’ve worked in high pressure environments before, but this isn’t that type of chaos. It’s disorganized and dysfunctional. All jobs have their issues, but please do your homework before joining and don’t ignore the negative reviews. I really wish I had trusted my gut when I read them.

In a leading position of the industry, so bunch of work and various kinds of clients you could expect.

Instructions from manager was little, and the support to individuals was not significant at all.
