Great learning experience with supportive team, but unpaid roles - Human Resources GAO Tek Employee Review

GAEK provided a well-structured internship that went beyond day-to-day HR tasks. The weekly learning sessions with experienced HR professionals were one of the highlights, offering practical insights into recruitment, HR analytics, labour law, workplace ethics, and employee relations through real-life case studies. The internship encouraged critical thinking, continuous learning, and professional growth, making it a valuable experience for anyone looking to build a career in HR.

No major drawbacks during my internship. My overall experience was positive and rewarding.

The internship gives me the opportunity to demonstrate my ability to impact positively by providing training and development for the teams member. It also gives me the ability to develop my skillsets through teams collaboration ,training and constant practicing.

The cons is in the aspect of not been able to explore the use of Microsoft teams channel to interview my candidates.Although,I had to switched to an alternative platform such as Zoom to carry out my task.
