You can learn a lot if you are willing to put the extra time in, unpaid of course.
Cons
Poor management, not in business to make money but to see "buildings get built", benefits are in line with those of a small business i.e. high health insurance premiums and deductibles. The two main partners micro-manage everything so it takes forever to accomplish the smallest tasks.
