-Rude management and supervisors -“Because I said so” bully style of management -High staff turnover, not a high enough wage for the job. -Too much expected from a small team -Poor/old/broken equipment -Time taken to cycle across site to workplace from staff car park and back not taken into account. -They should concentrate on retaining staff rather than recruiting.
