Great agency to work with - Travel Nurse Cambay Healthcare Employee Review

Only working with Jeff (former CEO who was laid off after bringing the revenue from $1M to $12M in a year btw)

I worked there for 3 years, and when I tell you I did all roles, from HR, recctuiting (internally and healthcare), account management, project management, managing teams, training teams (on shore and off shore), training new hires (on and off shore), sales, and much more.. they used my expertise, and experience to put me as the director but I never got the pay nor thee official title. Also not to mention the every low pay, and if you ask for more you get brushed of until you get fired. Extreme bullying and harassment from the owner all the way to the people working in lower positions that you. I got so much racism and discrimination from the owner himself. Absolutely zero training and no tools to help you succeed. They set you up to failure. I am not kidding. Seriously, never work for them or do business with them, I'm surprised that they are still functioning. Zero appreciation, no place to grow, they never paid me my commission at the end, and they almost always try to take some of your paycheck every single pay period..

Decent co-workers and you can have that anywhere. Don’t settle for this company.

Management, hiring and firing pattern, job insecurity (not based on performance so no way to know when you’ll be fired). They’ll just lock you out one morning without notice and call you to say you’re let go because of “business decisions”. Meanwhile- they still advertise hiring on social media outlets. They’re a joke. The company isn’t profitable and it’s just a matter of time before it shuts down. Poor compensation.
