Great environment, reasonable expectations strong culture

Long hours, no movement within for promotion

Great Benefits, good office, good work hours

Micromanagement, bad onboarding, not acommodating to employee's needs. Manager did not know how to properly onboard their employees, micromanaged every aspect of job and complained and did not set proper expectations.
