      Pros

      Decent bonus scheme. Standard pension and sick pay. Hybrid working.

      Cons

      Dated management style, with awful company politics. Ran like it’s the early 2000’s. Pay is okay but behind industry, reflected by retention rate.

      Great teammates. Extremely collaborative & everyone had each other's backs.

      Cons

      You have to stay on top of management when it comes to entering the next level in employment. Ex - trading assistant probationary months into full pay trading assistant. Also when you want to become a senior trading assistant. You have to press your own managers for this. They also don't provide structured training, nor do they properly guide a struggling employee in helping them improve lacking skills. The team is great, but you have to stay on top of management at times.
