Where to begin? My coworkers are basically useless and not bright. Well....this is a quasi government regulated utility after all. These employees would not be employable in the real world. The finance leadership here are a joke. Worthless! Watch your back because the management here last any integrity. They are all in it for themselves. Trust no one.

-Diversity seems low. Most employees are white. Most are men. - you are expected work long hours on a regular basis. Many spend their whole day in meetings and then work late into the night. - you are expected to work during vacation or pressured not to use PTO. - this is a "figure it out on your own" approach to learning your role type of company. However, if mistakes are made or work takes longer than expected, you are faulted for it or even written up for it. There is little tolerance for making mistakes depending on your department. - company has a history of layoffs.
