Pros
One of the top pros of working with Embrace Pathways is the positive work environment. All my colleagues are respectful and kind towards one another, which makes it easier coming to work everyday! Embrace Pathways also gives you several opportunities to grow and learn within the company, while also being flexible and understanding to your own schedule. I can see myself working here for many more years and growing with the company.
Cons
The only con I would have to say is I feel that there is not a lot of independency when it comes to decision making. For example I feel that the manger of each department should be able to make the best decision for their department, without having to ask for approval. I feel that they should be trusted to make basic decisions themselves.

Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. We have a great diverse environment that strives to make everyone feel comfortable and enthusiastic about their job. I can't wait to see even more growth at Embrace!
Cons
Acruing vacation from start date would be preferable, but our benefits overall are amazing.
