      Pros

      A family-run business where everyone is on a first-name basis, regardless of seniority. The company has a very sociable and welcoming culture, with a genuinely friendly team. There’s a strong level of trust from management, allowing you the freedom to bring in business without micromanagement. Overall, a positive atmosphere both in-store and across the branch network.

      A Great Business, with a great culture !

      Everyone is accommodating & friendly, The staff benefits are very good and unlike a lot of companies in the industry. There is a good culture throughout the whole company ! Really supportive team and the induction I experienced was excellent.
