      Pros

      This is a great place to work. It is such a unique FQHC (federally qualified health center) in that each employee here truly embraces the mission to care for the underserved. It is fast paced, but not a patient mill- which is a big contrast from other similar organizations. The employees here are truly valued and are part of one big family.

      Cons

      Our patients come from many backgrounds and are disadvantaged in today's health care system on so many levels- requiring much more coordination of care. But this is why we do what we do- we provide care that would otherwise not be provided- and working here as a team- it makes it all possible.
