This company has been amazing, always opening door of opportunities. Learning new skills and gaining knowledge daily. The team works well together and the management gets to know the employees. Flexible work schedule to accommodate almost anyone.

Pros

Elevate97 breathes entrepreneurial spirit. It's people are the fuel to it's heart beat. The leadership as a whole acknowledges the importance and value in the voice of the collective and not just one. The energetic exchange of ideas and the gentle push to stretch an idea to an opportunity is inspiring. Even though the company is relatively young the tenure and experience is not. Being a part of and witness to the hub of knowledge that exists at E97 is something special.

Cons

It's a bummer I have to work from home due to Covid 19. I would really love to be back in the office. However, I was very happy to receive flexibility, understanding, and recognition of my personal safety above being required to be in the office.
