      Heavy workload, you cannot take more than two consecutive weeks for vacation

      Great company to work for with a lot of chance of movement. Element Solutions is constantly acquiring allowing for chances to move around.

      Cons

      Integration within the company itself is not that great. Feels like many small companies rather than 1 large company.
