Pros
Small company feel with great people that are open to communication and change. Highly collaborative and always willing to try something new. Very capable and knowledgeable staff that can mobilize very quickly to meet customers needs.
Cons
Very few, the office could be nicer but that is it!

-Great Pay -Great managment -Very forgiving in emergency situations -Lots of opportunities for raises -Great training -Pays for tools, truck, commute and specialized tools -Outstanding Sr. Techs who put a lot of energy in their teaching
Cons
-Cliques are an issue, mangement will listen to people whove been there longer, no matter the experience and/or contribution of the new indivuidual
