New company in a new market, things change fast

This was hands down the most toxic workplace I have ever been in. There was no training at all, which I thought was odd at first, but then I realized -why bother when the whole place is a mess, completely unorganized, and lacking any real purpose? The management was absolutely awful. No respect for employees, no constructive feedback, just criticism and negativity. You’re treated like you don’t matter, and it’s impossible to feel valued in that kind of environment. I stayed there just a few months, but honestly, even that was too much. I started off motivated, ready to succeed, but it didn’t take long for my enthusiasm to be completely crushed. By the end, I didn’t even want to show up, and my mood was ruined every day. The management made it feel like their goal was to tear people down, not help them grow. They constantly nitpicked and grumbled about everything you did wrong, never once acknowledging what you did right. How the heck is anyone supposed to stay motivated in a place like that?! If you’re thinking about working there, don’t. You’re worth so much more than this dysfunctional mess of a company.
