      Pros

      High quality staff, visionary leadership and an incredible sense of teamwork have all contributed to this being the best organization I have experienced in my career. I have been amazed over my first year with the cleanliness of the facilities; professionalism of clinical and admin staff; and, most importantly, a true sense of desire when it comes to serving the best interests of our patients.
