+ Organizational siloes (“bread and butter” vs. new) + Lack of cohesion and internal communication (ex. How we engage with external stakeholders) + Strategic ADHD (this is becoming more cohesive) + Limited project management proficiency, despite a significant amount of logistics (this is improving) + Resource allocation (time, funding, staff) is a work in progress
