      Pros

      Amount of Residents on each assignment is the lowest I’ve seen! Lots of caring people on the staff Have the time to stop and talk to residents and get to know who they are and what they’ve done in life!

      Cons

      I can’t find any. It’s not perfect but there’s nothing bad I can speak about it.
