      Pros

      The company is the best for freshers and intermediate people getting into the world of corporate. The company does believe in it's motto. "We are a family." But remember not all family members are alike. So, just maintain your flow and work. Don't discuss the salaries of others.

      Cons

      Flexible timing is a joke : please make sure that your time is defined or you will work your assistance off but your manager won't be happy because everyone is trying to be the boss.

      The working environment is good. Less Politics Every Thursday or Friday evening snacks are organized by the company.

      Cons

      If there is any politics, it will be from management.
