      Pros

      Ecoco is a friendly and organized workplace. I’ve been working here almost three years, and I’m really enjoying it. Also, Ecoco has a diverse environment. It’s a great opportunity that you can learn different cultures from each other.

      Cons

      Ecoco is growing fast, and I know it always brings challenges. I hope we can just keep up the great work.

      Pros

      The office and the personnel are more like family rather than just co-workers. Everyone helps each other out for the most part. They always give me opportunities to bring out any ideas I have. I like that I'm trusted in the jobs that I do and that shows that I'm trusted and appreciated.

      Cons

      I don't have nothing bad to say really, besides maybe increase on our communication skills.
