Very disappointing experience. The work culture is toxic, salaries are often delayed, and management doesn't value employees. Asking genuine questions is taken as a challenge to their ego, and employees are threatened with termination instead of receiving support. Growth and appraisals feel unfair and inconsistent. Overall, this is not a company I would recommend to anyone looking for a professional, respectful, and stable workplace.
