Pros
My time with ESPRiT was more than wonderful. Management was engaged in employee topics and provided a straightforward communication chain, making the overall work easy and pleasant. Overall, there was a great company spirit, an amazing culture, and support from different teams.
Cons
Some processes need further development, but nothing extreme.
