      Pros

      EPIC fuels has a great team of employees who all strive to make the company better. Great place to learn and grow in aviation. Management has an open door policy, so that makes it nice when issues arrive or just general questions. Overall great place to be.

      Pros

      The company culture is very accepting and kind. In lots of ways they are a tight knit family who support and back each other up. The hours are flexible, depending on your position. The ownership change about 6 years ago has been a good thing and is moving the company forward into new and exciting areas of aviation and technology that were once never dreamed of with the old owner & management team.

      Cons

      Lots of senior management. For a small company, seems too top heavy.
