      Pros

      Working at ENSCO has been such a great experience. Leadership is approachable, the projects are interesting and meaningful, and there’s a real sense of teamwork across departments. I’ve been encouraged to grow my skills and take on new challenges, and my ideas are actually listened to. The work-life balance is excellent, the benefits are strong, and the culture is supportive and family-friendly. It’s refreshing to be part of an organization that’s both innovative and people-focused.
