      Rocket-fast growth, with many opportunities

      Pros

      AWESOME team mates, new leadership, real-time feedback, plus SO many changes with fresh types of work ahead. Not many companies in KL can offer global exposure, and not many have as much fun at work, so it's nice to have that here. After setting up shop with a group of people, the KL office has grown loads and moved into a new space with new vibes! With new leadership, it's become clear that there will be many new assignments and even more innovative ways to grow - less circus, more serious I guess. Been wondering if I should leave but I have learnt much more in the last few months than I have in the last year, with many recent achievements which are quite eye-opening. Wait and see I guess...

      Cons

      -gossipy colleagues -change can be great but difficult when not everyone wants -empowering wrong people can be dangerous!!! -management let people get away when they act like it's their own shop....

      Good for growth

      Pros

      Pretty fast paced with lots of room to grow and improve. Good amount of opportunities to learn and show your skills. Major pro for me is that I get to work with teams all over the globe which has helped me refine my communication skills.

      Cons

      The rate at which the company is growing is incredibly fast so at times the structure may change and it takes time to adapt to the new procedures.
