My job is meaningful, and E-Comm is a great place to work. The company has made great improvements this year to better support employees. They care about our well-being and have introduced new initiatives to support our work-life balance.

Long hours but you get used to it.

Great Benefits Flexible Schedules Generally very chill Fairly easy to pick up

Cons

The bad calls are REALLY bad some days are so chill and automatic that you can zone out while working which isnt great training felt short but after your first day of floundering you kind get it
