      Pros

      I've seen many people get promoted at DRG. The common denominator is that they are willing to work hard, have a positive attitude, are reliable in getting their job done and have a somewhat thick skin. DRG is family-friendly.

      Cons

      Don't expect to be coddled and don't be thin-skinned. At times the feedback from management is a little harsh but I think many take it too personally. The more skilled and flexible one is, the more likely they are to have a satisfying career with DRG.

      Nice people to work with but there is something plastic about it

      Pros

      Friendly people, somewhat flexible schedule. Senior management is trying to upgrade the building all the time to make employees more comfortable.

      Cons

      Small town, everyone knows your business. Gosip. Employees not receiving raises but they continue to hire new positions.
