Pros

Dynamic Promotions is a very fast-moving program. It gives someone the opportunity to grow quickly based on the work that they put in. They are intensive in their training and really push someone to hit their goals quickly. As long as someone is willing to give their time, effort, and energy, then they will grow quickly in our business. The company itself is extremely goal-oriented and structure is provided from the entry level on up. They provide paid workshops, paid on-site training, and the office itself is an extremely positive environment. To be honest, it was not something that I was particularly accustomed to based on my previous positions, but because of the welcoming nature of all the individuals in the office, it made the transition for myself so much easier. Career skillsets are taught to a person once they move past the entry level. Things like interviewing, paid travel, and client and event management are just a few. Again, they are intensive in their training so they expect a person to be able to grasp things quickly, but they coach throughout the training and give feedback as often as possible in order to ensure a person can make the adjustments quickly and grow as quickly as possible. I didn't have much growth in my previous opportunity and in turn, learning so much in such a short amount of time was a bit overwhelming at first, but I'm much better off for it and I have not experienced as much growth at any other point in my life. As I mentioned earlier, travel is paid for at many stages in the business including the entry level (if a person qualifies). As for myself, I have been sent for training to Chicago, Dallas, San Antonio, and Pittsburgh. I also went on a company R & R to the Bahamas in November of last year. Everything is paid for in travel and it really helps a person grow much faster than in other jobs just because it provides the opportunity to get even more feedback. As mentioned, all of this is based on a person. The only reason that I have been afforded all the opportunities I have with this company is because I earned it. I never paid any money or made any investment to the company. I earned it with my hard work, my dedication, and my attitude towards myself. A person's growth is completely dependent on them here and I made sure I took advantage of that.

Cons

It can be time-intensive so if a person is not good at time management, they may struggle with it here, as well. It is a fast paced program so if a person is not used to working in a fast-paced environment, they will struggle unless they make some adjustments.
