      Live Transfers, Live Sales Support, assistance with every aspect of your training!!

      Cons

      None that I can think of. I was tired of paying for leads and not getting the results I wanted. I had results my first week at Dynamic and got paid for my production the next week

      We appreciate the feedback! It is important to get paid for your efforts that is why we pay on submission. We want our agents to get paid more and get paid faster!

      Change is happening and it's good

      Pros

      Work from home. Excellent support system, especially for new agents. New commission structure makes it easier to figure out exactly how much you're making. Effort is rewarded by a higher commission level. Lots of changes have happened in the last 3 months and it's definitely for the better. Any toxic/negative people have been removed from the company. The current team really believes in you and only wants you to be successful.

      Cons

      If you want free leads you're required to put in the time and effort.
