      Pros

      Fun and supportive culture Challenging environment Room for growth Compensation not limited by a glass ceiling like my other jobs I've had before. learned a lot about sales and training/building teams. Definitely grew my skillset.

      Cons

      If you want an easy "I show up and I get paid" job it won't be a right fit. if you are consistently working hard at your current job and feel like you don't get recognized or have hit a glass ceiling then I recommend trying this out. it's very challenging and if you commit you will succeed.
