      Innovative, fast-moving company poised for growth.

      Cons

      Not for lone rangers. If you don't want to work with others, this is not for you. Collaboration is a requirement. Being able to help other win and thrive is a big part of the culture.

      Pros

      DCG is not for everyone. The pace is faster and more complex than most organizations even fast-growing technology companies I have worked in previously. This is a smart group of people focused on working together for common success. Compensation is fair and people are professional and focused.

      Cons

      As I mentioned it is very fast-paced and requires people to be radically transparent with each other. Self-driven and innovative people will love working at DCG. People looking for a paycheck for a narrow role with little change should not consider DCG as an option.
