Great people, good pay, no room for growth
Pros
Really friendly atmosphere. Very nice work environment. No politics, no backstabbing. Good pay and benefits. Fun work activities and great perks. Can't say enough good things about the people and personalities. They have a product you can be proud of, and proud to play a part in creating. The overall integrity of the company is top notch.
Cons
The Drury's are good people, but here seems to be a difference of opinion in people management. The overall feel felt nitpicky, micromanaged, and there is literally no room to advance or grow. They will not support career development. Their VP's have little decision making capabilities and it makes the workflow inefficient. No technological support. It's like they run the business on Excel. Not willing to reaserch or invest in any software that makes sense and most competitors are miles ahead of them.
