Management is transparent, the company culture radiates nothing but positivity, and they really put the well-being of their employees first. I consider myself beyond lucky to work at Driven Local.

Cons

The workload was a bit heavy at times, but they are always hiring to lighten the amount of work each analyst has.

Pros

I can't believe anyone has anything but great things to say about working here. I have been here for a year and am still amazed at how well they treat the employees here. It is truly a team environment and I look forward to coming in every morning.

Cons

Health insurance is expensive for a family. Hope that can go down.
