D&R Is a special place in the Retail Automotive Space. Employees stick around for the long term and they do that for a reason. The hours are great for Retail Automotive and the staff is always willing to help each other.

Benefits are pricey but are also incredible

Pros

Employees stay with the company for many years. Customers appreciate seeing the same faces and it shows them this is a solid company owned and run by people who genuinely care.

Cons

Very seldom do you receive job performance reviews. The hand book guidelines are obsolete. PTO time, sick time and vacation are not set to be competitive in todays market. Although my Service Manager is very fair to me when I ask for time off. But as a new employee know that it is very limited.
