      Pros

      Much less red tape. You can get a project approved and live in the same week here. The exposure to US and European markets is better than most global firms offer.

      Cons

      The culture is highly results driven and that reflects in interview cycle so you cant qualify by faking it, contrary to what most people looking to join start-ups think.

      Pros

      Mid sized, offers strong exposure to senior leadership and real business problems. Teams are collaborative and the environment is healthy, young and friendly with good cross-functional learning across product, sales, and analytics. Fast-growing AI first company the work is engaging & upgrading always. Fun note - Overall they are employee friendly with multiple engagement activities + host snacks and coffee on the house in a great modern campus. The company constantly fosters spirit to grow, think out of the box, share and apply ideas and is not limited by rules and obsolete structures. The hierarchy is very simple, with an open floor and open door policy.

      Work requires willingness to do good work, take initiative, be innovative and responsibility in a fast moving environment.
